The Customer Relations Department has a fully operational 24/7 Support Desk as per the requirements defined in our Service Level Agreement set with the National Gambling Board of South Africa;
recording, tracking, resolution management and reporting on problems, changes and service levels;
providing advice and guidance in all aspects of the CEMS to users of the CEMS;
providing assistance in interpreting user manuals and procedure documents; and
providing periodic management information regarding performance against the SLC to the NGB
The Technical Customer Support Centre is managed by Mr. Jonas Mophosho whom reports to the CRM Head, Melinda van den Berg.
